Choose services and rates
Use Broom’s built-in clean types or add services that match your business.
Built-in services
Broom includes Domestic and Changeover cleaning. You can keep these, rename your custom work clearly and give each property its normal rate.
Add a custom service
- Open More, then Service types.
- Choose Add service.
- Give it a short, recognisable name.
- Set a default price if you normally charge a fixed amount, then save.
Property rates take priority
If a particular property has its own agreed rate, store it on that property. Broom can then use it when you schedule and log work.
